You weren’t meant to play small
Your business has untapped potential, and I’m fully committed to helping you move the needle and reach new heights.

This business of mine has been launched entirely on the belief I have that together we can rise. You grow, I grow.
Hi there! I’m Kel, the heart behind this virtual assisting business. I truly believe that together, we rise. As you grow, I grow. That’s why I’m here—to help you streamline your business and reclaim your time, so you can focus on what really matters.
As a mom of two small kids, I know how challenging it can be to juggle all the moving pieces of life and business. But over the years, I’ve honed a unique set of skills—multitasking, problem-solving, and staying calm under pressure—that make me the perfect virtual assistant to support your growing business. I’m not just organized, but I’m also incredibly adaptable, and I know how to find creative solutions to help you stay on track.
One of my biggest strengths is my social media savvy. I got my start by promoting myself as a yoga instructor, and through that experience, I learned how to effectively manage and grow a digital presence. Now, I use that expertise to help businesses like yours navigate email, community support, and social media in a way that feels manageable, sustainable, and, most importantly, effective.
I get it and I’ve been there.
The Backstory:
Well, my resume reads something like, “yoga instructor turned social media manager turned virtual assistant.” It might sound like a plot twist, but it’s actually a natural progression.
After having my second child, I wanted more flexibility to be present with my family. That’s when I transitioned into virtual assisting. I could offer a variety of services while maintaining the work-life balance I needed.
As a young yoga instructor in the bustling Boston fitness scene, I quickly realized how powerful social media could be to connect with students, potential clients, and even yoga studios. But it wasn’t just about getting the word out—it was the creativity and connection social media provided that I fell in love with.
I started helping yoga studios with their social media, then expanded to other businesses. Over time, I integrated my skills as a yoga instructor—specifically teaching with patience and clarity—into my social media approach. Soon enough, I was coaching small business owners and content creators on elevating their social media with engaging content and grounded strategy.
Though I’m no longer actively teaching yoga, movement and meditation remain central to my life. I love getting outside with my family, spending time on the mat, and fitting in self-care when I can. These quiet moments help me stay grounded, recharge, and fuel my productivity—qualities that help me manage multiple projects for my clients.
Now, as a virtual assistant, I combine my experience as a yoga instructor, social media manager, and coach to help businesses streamline their operations, grow their presence, and thrive without the overwhelm.
